Annual management
This includes key holding, we will visit once per week when the property is empty. The property will be Aired, all services will be checked (electric water gas) We will clear the garden of any litter all plants will be watered. We will also empty your mail box and forward any important mail to you. Any problems we will contact you either by E-mail or phone.

This also includes a meet and greet service if your guests make there own way to the property we will be waiting for them to hand the keys over and show them in, also to collect the keys at the end of their stay
Changeovers

We will clean the bathroom, Replace toilet rolls. In the kitchen we will clean the cooker, sink and all surfaces and appliances.

In the bedrooms the beds will be stripped and made the room cleaned the dirty sheets will be washed and left to dry, unless you have 2 sets for each bed then these will be replaced each visit, Towels will also be done in the same way. All mirrors will be cleaned. The lounge will be thoroughly cleaned.

All floors throughout the property inside and out (balcony’s roofs ETC.) will be brushed and mopped. Under furniture suites chairs and beds will be cleaned. If any of the windows are dirty, we will wash them inside and out. We will also leave an emergency contact number if your guests need to contact someone local

Airport Transfer’s
Airport transfers are also offered in an air conditioned vehicle unto 5 persons plus luggage, a baby chair can be provided if booked in advance. Also Booster Cushions

If your guests lose the keys we let them in and get a new set cut you or your guests pay the cost of replacements

General maintenance can also be carried out on property’s priced per job, let us know if there is any work you require on your property we will get quotes from tradesmen and let you know what these are and work would only be carried out when you decide.
