Children are well catered for and the street markets provide the opportunity to practise your Spanish! While Torrevieja has all the amenities of a modern beach resort, it still retains much of its original charm when it was a relatively small fishing community. Torrevieja is just a nice 15 minute stroll away along the front. If your not feeling that energetic there is a bus service that runs every 15 minutes which will take you to Torrevieja in one direction and La Mata in the other, The bus is called A Service.

Whilst primarily a beach location, you are only a 15 minute drive from 3 world-class golf courses and many other areas of interest. It certainly is a location for all the family, where your holiday can be as relaxed or as busy as you want it to be.

The apartment in the attractive La Dama complex is brand new to the rental market for Spring 2005 and is within a few yards of the beach. It is furnished and equipped to a very high standard throughout. Everything you will need for a great family beach holiday in the sun is on hand.

The spacious living and dining area is furnished with 2 comfortable sofas, coffee table and storage unit. The room is air conditioned for your comfort; for your entertainment satellite tv has been installed with a wide range of your favourite UK channels. A CD stereo system is also provided.

Patio doors lead from the living room onto the balcony which overlooks the large community pool. The balcony is furnished with patio table and chairs and is an ideal space for dining alfresco.The spacious American styled kitchen is modern with fully fitted units and is equipped with fridge freezer, full oven and hob, microwave, washing machine, kettle, toaster, coffee maker, juicer plus all crockery and utensils.The double bedroom overlooks the pool area and is furnished with double bed, fitted robes, bedside tables and lamps.

The twin bedroom is furnished with 2 single beds, fitted robes, bedside table and lamp.As well as air conditioning, both bedrooms benefit from ceiling fans so you can enjoy a comfortable nights sleep during the long hot summer.The family bathroom is fully tiled and comprises bath with overbath shower, wc, bidet and vanity basin. Towels are provided, though you will need to bring your own beach towels.For your security, a digital security safe has been installed in the property.

The community pool is fully enclosed and is a very safe area for children. It has a separate kiddies section and Roman steps leading into the main pool. Sun terraces surround the pool and when illuminated during the evenings, the area provides a lovely romantic setting.
